This is an official Certified Scrum Master Class, one of the Scrum Certification courses by the Scrum Alliance. Scrum is an Innovative Approach to Getting Work Done. Scrum is an agile framework for completing complex projects. Scrum originally was formalized for software development projects, but works well for any complex, innovative scope of work. The possibilities are endless. The Scrum framework is deceptively simple.

Each student who successfully completes this two-day training will be acknowledged by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

The primary mechanism for the training is experience. Teams of students work together as Scrum teams to explore the mechanisms of Scrum through their experience. Simulation exercises are held through out the two-day training that are designed to allow students to learn specific aspects of Scrum. There is little Power Point in these trainings!

Students are not expected to have any knowledge of Scrum prior to the training. They will be asked to read a short paper about Scrum prior to the training.

This is an official Certified Scrum Master Class, one of the Scrum Certification courses by the Scrum Alliance. Scrum is an Innovative Approach to Getting Work Done. Scrum is an agile framework for completing complex projects. Scrum originally was formalized for software development projects, but works well for any complex, innovative scope of work. The possibilities are endless. The Scrum framework is deceptively simple.

After the Class participants will pass the Certification and get CSM title.

Agile unconference at September 9

Agile unconference was provided in «open space» style at September 9. Our participants were divided into teams of interests. They not only discussed the topics but every one could share own experience. After that team made presentation for Jeff McKenna and for the other auditory. They asked questions and got suggestions for each theme.
