About school
School will be valuable for Scrum Masters which want to help their teams to be more effective, and it will help organisations to reveal and remove impediments on the way to effective work of product teams.

Thanks to the ongoing support of trainers and other school participants, you will understand theoretical knowledge, and also will apply it on practice between learning modules. You will realize your own strong and weak sides, growth areas and will create plan on how to improve skills that are important for effective work of
Scrum Master.

The school is aimed at deep understanding of multifaceted role of Scrum Master, who does not just facilitate meetings, but have system view on a team, product and organisation. Participation will also be valuable for leaders, project managers, team leaders, which want better understand Scrum and Scrum Master's role.

After 12 years work in the largest IT-companies in Ukraine and award "Best Professional in Project Management" by Ukrainian IT Awards (2015), I realized, that with help of coaching tools, I can effectively use my experience to help organisations.
With this goal in mind I've created agiledrive company, where together with my team we are launching Agile transformations for Ukrainian and abroad companies and providing them coaching and methodological support. At the school I'm teaching the topics that can do well myself -
transformation leadership.

Since 2008 I'm working in IT where got wide experience as a developer, QA, Team Leader, manager and Scrum Master. Currently I'm a leader of fourteen Scrum Teams in Ukraine and Denmark. I'm helping organisations by my practical experience in system thinking, business facilitation, servant leadership and Agile transformation.
Program
Course is consisted from three learning modules. The first module - three full days, the second and the third modules - two full days. In addition, regular meetings with trainers will take place in between modules.
